Another from The Joy of series

The Joy of Keeping Chickens: The Ultimate Guide to Raising Poultry for Fun or Profit (The Joy of Series) is another great book! Jennifer Megyesi is a local author from Royalton, Vermont.  Between this book and the last book, The Joy of Keeping Farm Animals Chicken section. I will be able to figure out how to raise chickens, to what breeds I will need for what I want from them, to how many I need, to how to build a coop and everything in between.  It's also a fun and interesting read, as Megyesi, and even Childs, talks about personal experiences, and what they do with their animals. Highly recommended book if you are even thinking about raising chickens.
